So here's my honest take on Magic Research. I've tested a bunch of simulation games and this one's pretty good. The magic theming is cool and there's a good amount of strategic depth, without being too overwhelming. Graphics look great and it runs smoothly even on my older phone. The free-to-play model is fair too - you don't need to spend money to enjoy it. But it does get a bit repetitive after a while and the upgrade grind can be a slog at higher levels. Still, if you're into this genre, it's worth giving it a shot.

Description

Been playing Magic Research for a couple months now. It’s basically a sim game where you build up your own school of magic, research new spells, and compete against other players. Pretty solid app if you’re into that sort of thing.

Here’s what you do: You start off with a small campus and then you can research different schools of magic like Illusion, Necromancy, Enchantment, and so on. There’s also a team of researchers and apprentices you can manage – gotta make sure they’re all working on the right projects. And you can build up your campus, unlocking new facilities and upgrades over time. It’s got a decent amount of strategy to it.

Look, if you’re into simulation games and building stuff, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the upgrades take forever at higher levels and the ads can be annoying if you don’t pay. But overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you’re looking for a new time-sinking game.

Don't sleep on this title. You've probably played games where you restart over and over again, but you haven't played a game that handles it this way. You don't just...
